Privacy
RidgeMark Structural ("we") runs this service, at 11 James Street, Seguin, Ontario P2A 0B6. This page explains what personal information the service collects, why, where it is kept, who can see it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools on this service. The site sets one cookie when you sign in, to keep you signed in. It is not used for anything else.
Who can see it
- People in your organization see your organization's projects. Other clients never see them.
- RidgeMark Structural staff, and the independent sealer (P.Eng. or BCIN) who reviews and seals a beam on your project, see the project to do that work. Sealers see only projects they take.
- Building officials and anyone holding a sealed document. Every issued seal carries a verification code. Anyone who enters that code on our verification page sees the job name, site address, drawing revision, the beams covered and who sealed them, and the stamped sheets, so they can confirm the seal is genuine. They do not see your name, email, phone or other projects.
- Service providers that keep the service running: our server host (HostPapa, Toronto, Ontario), our backup storage (Wasabi, Canadian region in Toronto), and our email provider (Zoho Mail), which sends account and project emails. They hold the information only to provide those services to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The service and its nightly backups are kept in Canada (Toronto). Account information is kept while your account is open. Project records, including drawing sets and the record of how each value was decided, are kept as the professional record of the design. Records behind an issued seal are kept so that seal can still be verified later. You can ask us to close your account or delete projects at any time. We will delete what we can, and tell you what we must keep (for example, the record behind a sealed design) and why.
Your choices
- Change your name, phone and organization details on your Account page.
- Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
- Ask questions or raise a concern about how we handle your information.

Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored scrambled, sign-in links expire, and repeated wrong passwords are blocked for a while. Projects are separated by organization. If we ever learn of a breach that puts your information at real risk, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders.
